mesentric lymphadenitis

Drugs and association with reflex tachycardia (that is exactly why we need polypharmacy)
-Hydralazine(areteriolar)
-isosorbide dinitrate (venodilator)
-nitroglycerin (also positive inotropic)
-nefidipine
-phenoxybenzamine
-Alpha adrenoceptor blocker (promethazine)
